Abstrak
|
The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of work from home and perceived organizational support on work-life balance of employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is survey method by taking samples of 30 respondents from Gramedia TSM - Bandung. These respondents are taken by using non-probability sampling method with saturation sampling technique. The type of the study used in this research is descriptive and verificative survey with multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that work from home, perceived organizational support and work-life balance are on good level. The hypothesis testing shows that work from home partially has a positive and significant effect on work-life balance, and perceived organizational support partially has a positive and significant effect on work-life balance. Whereas work from home and perceived organizational support effect on work-life balance simultaneously. This study concludes that work from home and perceived organizational support are two important predictors in order to build work-life balance. This information is useful for company in evaluating work-life balance of employees through the implementation of work from home and perceived organizational support.
